Why do booths cost?
The reason why is increased overhead costs associated with each Expo,
such as the cost of renting space at a convention center or the cost of advertising and more :)
We cannot do this without the help of you and our sponsors. So thank you!

Carson City Expo
Booths
Vendors at our Winnemucca Expo get priority over booths. Tables can be purchased via paypal or over the phone via square. For five or more than six tables speak with an event coordinator about availability. If you need rack space rather than tables, price is how many tables fit per area of space (e.g. 16ft of rack space would be two tables).
Badges
Badges can be returned at the end of the event or taken home as a keepsake. Additional badges can be provided upon request. If you are bringing more people, please let us know ahead of time in possible so we can have badges available for everyone.
Vendor Information
The password for the vendor information page will be given when we contact you. This will include location, set up days and times, tax information, host hotels, and everything you will need to know about the event.

Power Hookups
Power is provided at no costs. We previously provided extension cords and power strips for all of our vendors. Unfortunately we can no longer do this for everyone as some of our equipment went missing at our last event. Please bring your own extension cords if possible.
